Meditation Classes for Kids
Please note that there will be no Dharma For Kids on February 14th due to the Southwest Dharma Celebration.
Tools for creating a happy life. These classes center upon the practical application of love and compassion in daily life. Recognizing our interconnectedness, we learn to frame our thoughts aroundpracticing consideration andcherishing other living beings. During class all the children are encouraged to contribute to the dialogue so that each weekly topic has meaning for them.
This class is suitable for ages 5 - 12 years. The cost is $1 per person.
There is no preregistration required.
Dharma for Kids is held on Sunday from 10:30am-12pm simultaneously with Prayers for World Peace.
A community lunch is now offered at 12:45pm. The cost for lunch is $3 (everyone is welcome).
