Classes and Meditation in Denver, 7 – 8:30pm
These classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace. Each class consists of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily
problems, let go of negative minds and find happiness from within our own mind. Everyone is welcome!
Going Deeper Into the Mind
Through gaining an experience of the different levels of our mind, our mindfulness and concentration will improve! In this series, Gen Losel will guide us through the levels of our mind and explain how we can become more peaceful as our mind becomes more subtle. Through training in this way, we can reduce and eventually eradicate our problematic, negative states of mind. This experience will greatly empower our ability to meditate and allow us to actualize our potential for lasting happiness and freedom.
Everyone is welcome!
