How to Transform Your Life – A Blissful Journey
“If we want to be happy all the time and to be free from problems, we must develop and maintain a peaceful mind,” Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche.
This course is an unmissable opportunity to bring about positive, lasting changes in our lives, regardless of our background.
Nowadays, with the world in turmoil, and the old methods not working very well, we need to find creative, effective ways to end suffering and make ourselves and others happy. This course, based on How to Transform Your Life, will cover all the essential meditations of Buddhism. Learning these will free us from negative emotions, make peace and joy our everyday reality, and help us to benefit others in many deep and practical ways.
By transforming our minds and hearts through the practice of meditation, we can truly make a difference to our world.
Everyone is welcome, Buddhist or not, with or without any meditation experience. You can get your electronic copy of the book here.
