New time: 5:45 – 6:45pm
This casual class consists of a short talk and guided relaxing meditation to help us increase our peaceful good heart. It is an ideal way to unwind after work, miss rush hour traffic, and recharge for a great evening ahead.
Happiness Hour is based on the new book, How to Transform Your Life, available as a free download if you would like to study at home!

Do I have to be a Buddhist to benefit from meditation?
No. Anyone can learn basic meditation and experience the benefits that come from having a peaceful mind. Buddhists respect all people and are happy to help anyone regardless of whether they subscribe to another faith, or to none.
Do I need to have experience in meditation or Buddhism to attend the classes?
No. All you need is the wish to improve yourself and the quality of your life.
What do I need to bring to class?
Nothing in particular, just yourself; though you can bring a pen and notepad if you want to take notes.
How should I dress for class?
No particular clothing is required. Just dress comfortably.
Can I bring my kids?
Not for Happiness Hour meditations, sorry, we don’t have the staff. But we have a class especially for kids on Sundays, and on Wednesdays families with kids too young to sit quietly in the main meditation room are invited to use the video link room under supervision with their parents.
