The Summer of Love
We all wish for peace and harmony in our lives and in our world. In this summer course, we will learn how to improve our relationships using tried and true meditation techniques that will help us to increase the natural warmth and love that we all have in our hearts. As we improve and increase our minds of love, we find that we become happier and can affect others in a positive way. This course is suitable for beginners as well as experienced meditators. Developing and increasing our love will solve many of the daily problems that we experience in our relationships at home, in the workplace and also in our communities.
Includes guided meditation, a talk on a different topic each week and discussion.
No previous experience is necessary, suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
Class is followed by refreshments if you would like to stick around for awhile to chat to the teacher and other attendees.
