10am – 1:30pm
Imagine if we could just choose not to be unhappy? Better yet, imagine simply waking up one day to discover that all our internal responses to things are automatically joyful – coming from a deep sense of well being. This can become our reality through meditation practice.
And this puts us in a much stronger position to help others in our family, community, and even world.
Over two sessions, Kadam Lucy will guide us in meditations that can help transform our way of thinking about ourself, others and the world. Through changing our view, we naturally come to experience everything in a much more productive and positive way. When we can let go of our unhappiness, we open ourself up to amazing possibilities all around us!
Everyone is welcome.
