In this series, we’ll be practicing the tried and tested step-by-step Buddhist methods for bringing about a total transformation of the heart, and converting all the difficulties we experience into the path to freedom and happiness. The more capable we are of opening our hearts to others, the more a natural happiness will arise within, and the stronger and more carefree we will become. Most importantly, we’ll be able to make a huge difference to our community, society, and world. You are welcome to attend all or any of these invaluable discussions and meditations.

Classes include guided meditation, a practical talk on a different topic each week, and time for question & answer. Class is followed by refreshments if you would like to stick around to chat with the teacher and other attendees. No previous experience is necessary, drop in anytime. Everyone welcome!
