Tuesdays from 7:00 – 8:30pm
Starting in January, this class will be held at the Westside Community Center
The more capable we are of opening our hearts to others, the more a natural happiness will arise inside. During this series, we will learn the tried and tested step-by-step Buddhist methods for bringing about a transformation of the heart.
This class follows along with the book of the same title by Geshe Kelsang Gyatso which is available in our bookstore.
