– 1336 Glenarm Place, Denver

The stages of the path to enlightenment, called “Lamrim” in Tibetan, are beautiful meditations that can transform every part of our lives. The heart of modern Buddhism, Lamrim includes all the essential teachings of Buddha in a very accessible and practical presentation, suitable for beginners and more experienced meditators alike.
Everyone of all backgrounds and faiths is welcome!

In addition to the guided retreat with Kadam Lucy, there will be self-guided sessions held from Jan 2 to Jan 16. The majority of these sessions are held at our Cap Hill Branch (1081 Marion St, Denver). In each self-guided retreat session there is a period of study (books provided, or bring your own), prayers, and meditation. There is also some individual guidance available, as senior students will be in the retreat sessions. Please click here for a complete self-guided retreat schedule, which includes location information.
