Saturday, April 8
Stress, irritation, fear and frustration are common experiences in modern life. These painful states of mind can easily arise when we encounter challenging situations and difficult people. If anger is not recognized early, it becomes a poison that destroys our happiness and can interfere with our relationships. This revealing workshop will introduce several methods for recognizing, reducing and finally removing destructive habits from our mind, helping us to experience the peace and freedom that we long for.
Includes two sessions with a 30-minute break in-between. Each session consists of a guided meditation and a talk.
No previous experience necessary; everyone is welcome.
