Living in Harmony
Through meditation, we learn how to create space and happiness from within. This increases confidence and skill when dealing with conflict. By combining meditation with the application of basic Buddhist principles in our daily life we can solve many of our problems and experience a greater harmony with others.
Includes guided meditation, a talk on a different topic each week and discussion.
No previous experience is necessary, suitable for beginners and those with more experience of meditation.
There are new people at every class, drop in anytime.
