In these sessions we will learn about – and practice – a beautiful purification ritual that helps clear away difficulties in developing faith and conviction in Dharma and in making progress on the stages of the path to enlightenment. Silent Saturday Retreat

Next retreat date: October 17th | 8:45am - 12:30pm

These half-day retreats – gentle, peaceful meditations, unplugged from the digital world – are super helpful in our modern age, and we warmly invite you to take advantage of them.

Take a break from technology! If we step away from the constant buzz of notifications, social media, and digital obligations, we create space for introspection and mental clarity, so often elusive in our fast-paced world. This is a profound opportunity to disconnect from our distractions and connect with what is really important in our lives.
