Friday December 31st 2021 | 8:00 -10:00pm
Tired of the same old New Year’s Eve bash? Meditate your way into 2022 instead! We start the year in exactly the same way we want to continue it … with a peaceful, positive mind and a big compassionate heart.
First we take some time to celebrate and enjoy one another's company over delicious vegetarian hors d’oeuvres, desserts and non-alcoholic beverages. Then we head into the meditation room for some reflection time. Kadam Lucy, an internationally-renowned meditation teacher, will introduce us to and guide us in the inspiring practice of the Buddha of Compassion and the recitation of his beautiful mantra OM MANI PADME HUM. Finally, we will dedicate our peaceful, compassionate intentions to the welfare of the entire world and conclude with a non-alcoholic New Year’s toast.
Everyone welcome. ONLINE ONLY DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
