Tired of the same old New Year’s Eve bash? Meditate your way into 2022 instead! We start the year in just the way we mean to continue it … with a peaceful, positive mind and a big compassionate heart.
First we take some time to celebrate and enjoy one another's company over delicious vegetarian hors d’oeuvres, desserts, and non-alcoholic beverages. Then we head into the meditation room for some reflection time. Kadam Lucy, an internationally renowned meditation teacher, will introduce and guide us in the inspiring practice of the Buddha of Compassion and recitation of his beautiful mantra OM MANI PADME HUM. Finally, we dedicate our peaceful, compassionate intentions to the welfare of the entire world, and conclude with a non-alcoholic New Year’s toast.
