About this meditation series

Enjoy a two part series on the art of being happy! Whenever our mind is at peace, we are naturally happy and positive. In a world of so many pressures, it is comforting and essential to know that a simple meditation practice can bring immediate peace to our life. During this two part series, you will learn basic Buddhist meditation techniques that have been practiced for thousands of years, and effective methods for letting go of anxiety and cultivating joy.

Dealing with stress and anxiety—December 6th
with Kadam Lucy James

In the first of the two sessions, Kadam Lucy will guide a very relaxing meditation and share profound but practical ways of thinking that will help us let go of stress and deal confidently with our negative emotions.

Finding mental peace—December 13th
with Jamie Holland

Inner peace is within us, waiting to be found – and the way we experience it is by focusing inwards in regular meditation. During this second session, Jamie Holland will explain how to begin a simple meditation practice and use it to deepen our happiness.
