About this Event
This is an in-person event with livestream attendance available for members!
In the business of daily life, it can be easy to lose sight of what matters most: our love and compassion. These precious minds bring incredible meaning, joy, and freedom into our own and others’ lives. By learning time-tested meditations for growing our love and compassion, our minds can become boundless and free from fear.
This meditation course will explore a step by step series of meditations called “The Four Immesurables”. Through training in these states of mind we will gradually become more peaceful and we will experience a more pure form of happiness. Eventually, we will be able to stay happy all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
