A world gone mad?! ~ How to reframe these challenging times

How do we cope with the uncertainty and instability of our chaotic modern world without getting jaded or living in a constant state of anxiety? Our modern age is a time of momentous and lightning-fast change, but this rapid change can also open doorways in our minds as we figure out another, better way to be, given that the old certainties are no longer working.

Which of Buddha’s insights could be of benefit to help our modern world? Probably all of them! They are all methods for purifying and transforming our minds, our selves, and our actions, and thereby purifying and transforming our actual world, including everyone in it.

April 13: Who we think we are changes our world
April 20: How we relate to others changes our world
