About this Event

The practice of meditation can aid people in reducing stress and enhancing their mental health and well being. For a happy and fulfilling existence, mental health and stress management are essential. The African American community has been facing record high amounts of stress and anxiety and in this talk & meditation we’ll examine the advantages of meditation for people of color and offer helpful advice on how to apply it to daily activities.
