In this two-part course, learn valuable insights into meditation and modern Buddhism.

Quiet Your Mind: Learn to Meditate

In busy modern life, we have so many distractions. How does this affect us? Most people find that their mind constantly jumps from one thing to another, and that the noisy internal chatter never stops! By the end of the day, they feel tired and scattered. However, it doesn't need to be like this...

In this part of the course, you will learn how to quiet your mind and become more mindful of the present. You will find that you can accomplish more while feeling peaceful and thinking more clearly.

Introduction to Buddhism

Buddha’s life and teachings reveal a blueprint that anyone can follow to awaken our fullest potential for happiness. Improve your understanding of the core insights and practices of the Buddhist faith – from meditation and mindfulness to reincarnation, karma and the true nature of things – in a practical, accessible, non-dogmatic way. This class is suitable for everyone.
