Now’s your chance to deepen your knowledge of Buddhism and train as a Kadampa teacher! Kadam Lucy James will be giving an introduction to the Teacher Training Program at KMC Colorado. This is our 1st ever Open House to this unique program on Sunday September 10th at 4:30pm. You can learn more about the book we are studying, the program itself and its benefits. You will enjoy a delicious snacks and beverages as well.
The Teacher Training Program gives you the opportunity to engage in a structured study and meditation program on the essential teachings of the Buddhist spiritual path right here in Colorado. The TTP is designed for people who wish to train as authentic Dharma Teachers of Kadampa Buddhism or simply engage with Buddha’s teachings in the deepest possible manner.
If you have the wish to deepen your knowledge and experience of Kadampa Buddhism and train as a teacher, the Teacher Training Program is the next step.
In this program, we systematically study one book at a time. We will be studying Meaningful to Behold by Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso. Class includes guided meditation, teachings, and discussion.

Our main teacher at KMC Colorado is Kadam Lucy James. One of the senior teachers of Kadampa Buddhism, Kadam Lucy has taught extensively in England, Florida, and San Francisco, and helped set up many thriving meditation centers since 1981. She is regularly invited to teach courses around the United States and Europe due to her skill in presenting both simple and profound subjects with great clarity. For many years, one of her main jobs was to help with the editing and production of Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso’s books, and she has engaged in extensive meditation retreat.
